what if i need to cancel my party?
There is a 50% deposit required for all parties. There will be a $100 administrative fee if cancelled more than 4 weeks of party scheduled date, you may use this fee towards a rescheduled party. If the party is cancelled less than four weeks from party date, your deposit is non-refundable. If the equipment is not available for pickup or returned as previously specified, we reserve the right to charge for the extra time.
for which ages are your parties recommended?
- Late Nights: suggested 3 and up
- Slumber Parties: suggested for 5 and up
- Outdoor Glamping: suggested for 10 and up
- Lounge/Chill Tent: Any Age
how much time is required for set up and take down?
Depending on the theme, balloon packages and number of tents, set up is typically anywhere from an hour up to a few hours.
Take down and clean up is typically 30-60 min.
are there any travel, delivery or set-up fees?
There is a $75 delivery and set-up fee. (Some packages include delivery and set-up for free)
Additional travel charges outside Morgan, Davis and Weber Counties may apply.
do i need to tip?
If you think the service our staff has provided for you is excellent, please let us know. Tips are not required but always appreciated!
